NSW Health staff can also access two eLearning modules, available via My Health Learning (REGIS: The Fundamentals for Researchers & Coordinators eLearning Module and REGIS: Post-Approval Fundamentals for Researchers & Coordinators eLearning Module). These are great for new starters or users with basic REGIS knowledge.

Project Registration Form Updates: The eHealth REGIS team have made updates to the Project Registration form based on user feedback, which will be deployed on Thursday 3 April 2025.These updates involve refinements to the text and images, aimed at enhancing clarity and improving the overall user experience. These changes will not affect any in-progress applications, as there have been no changes to system functionality.
As part of ongoing user experience improvements, minor enhancements to Head of Department functionality are scheduled for 12 February 2025 (release notes available here).

REGIS Email Verification
REGIS requires users to verify their accounts every 90 days. This can be done by logging into REGIS, once you have logged in no further action is required.
